1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using LifeThreads, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
LifeThreads is a private, local-first memory wall app. You can create memories with photos, stories, places, people, notes, and visual connections.
Optional features may include encrypted shared memory capsules, encrypted Cloud Sync backups, and premium unlocks through the platform store.
3. No Account Required
LifeThreads does not require an account or public profile. You are responsible for the content you add on your device and for any content you choose to export, share, or sync.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the memories, photos, stories, and other content you add. You grant GK Coding only the limited rights needed to operate optional features you choose.
Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LifeThreads to harass, exploit, or harm others; attempt to break encryption or abuse share links; reverse engineer or overload GK Coding servers; or violate applicable law.
Shared capsule links are private invitations, not a public feed. Keep passwords separate and private.
6. Purchases
Optional premium features may be sold as a monthly subscription through Google Play or the App Store (product ID lifethreads_premium_monthly on Google Play). Payments and refunds follow the store provider’s policies. Cancel anytime in the store account settings. Details: https://gkcoding.dev/lifethreads/premium/.
7. Local Data and Device Security
Most LifeThreads data stays on your device. Device loss, OS resets, uninstalls, or clearing app data can erase local memories unless you exported a backup or used Cloud Sync.
8. Disclaimer
LifeThreads is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. GK Coding does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of optional cloud features.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GK Coding is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LifeThreads, including data loss on your device or misuse of shared links or passwords.
10. Changes
GK Coding may update these terms when the product, legal requirements, or platform rules change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
