Example. The final prices are shown in the app before you book.
Every order has a fixed price, calculated from the route distance and the driving time and shown in the app before you book. The table shows the example price plan of the pilot city Linz.
How the fare is calculated
Fare = start price + price per km × route km + price per minute × driving minutes, at least the lowest fare. Total = fare + booking fee.

For every size
- Booking fee (covers card costs): €0.99
- Free waiting: 15 minutes at pickup and again at drop-off
- Cancellation fee: €10.00, if you cancel more than 2 minutes after a driver accepted, or if the driver waits at pickup in vain. Before that, cancelling is free.

Without waiting time. The app shows the price for your route.
A detour or a longer route does not change the fare. When you book, the total plus 30 % for possible waiting time is reserved on your card; only the final price is charged.
For drivers: Vanzo keeps 20 % of the fare (and the booking fee); the rest is the driver’s earning, shown on every offer.
Prices in euros. Whether and how VAT is shown is still being checked.
